Easy enough for a quick night meal, fancy enough to serve for guests ❤️

1 package frozen crawfish tails or 1 lb fresh, cooked

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup half and half

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 box pasta (you can use angel hair, linguine, spaghetti, or bow tie)

4 tbs butter

4 tbs flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

salt for pasta

fresh parsley for serving if you like

thaw crawfish tails

in a large pot bring salted water to a boil.

As that heats in a skillet over medium low heat add butter and melt, then whisk in flour and cook 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Whisk In heavy cream and half and half. Stir until begins to thicken then stir in Parmesan, onion powder, Cajun, and garlic powder.

if too thin add a little more Parmesan, if too thick add a little more half & half or milk. Should be Alfredo sauce consistency. Add in thawed crawfish and stir in for a few minutes then place on low heat. cook pasta according to package instructions, drain then combine with cream sauce.

Serve hot with a salad and enjoy!
