Crunch wraps



ready in minutes and better than the drive thru.


1b of meat makes about 6 depending how much meat you put so you can adjust recipe to fit your needs.

1 lb ground beef

1-2 packets taco seasoning (homemade listed in blog)

1 can nacho cheese sauce

2 cups shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

3/4 chip shredded cheese

6 large flour tortillas

6 tostada shells

6 small soft taco tortillas (or you can use the tostada shell to cut the size you need from the large flour tortillas

1/2 cup sour cream

butter


taco sauce for serving


brown meat and drain, add seasoning. Heat nacho cheese and set aside.

lay down large tortilla and add a few tbs of meat. Add a tbs or two of nacho cheese Onto meat. Lay a tostada shell on meat and cheese. On top of tostada shell put sour cream in a thin layer. Add lettuce and tomoatoes if you like then top with shredded cheese. place small tortilla round over that then fold large tortilla around, will look like a skirt ruffle when folded.

heat skillet to medium low add 1 tbs of butter and melt. Place crunch wrap folded side down, cook 3-5 minutes until slightly golden and seams are sealed.

repeat and enjoy!
